TickerVue

Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Precision Algo LLC ("TickerVue", "we", "us") for your use of tickervue.com and TickerVue Chat (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use TickerVue

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for your account: keep your login details secure, use accurate information, and tell us at support@tickervue.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Keeping your account secure

You can log in with a password, with Google, or with a passkey. Keep your passwords, devices and login methods to yourself, and tell us right away at support@tickervue.com if you think someone has used your account. We may ask you to reset your password or remove a login method to protect your account. If you lose every way to log in, we'll need to verify your identity before restoring access, and data protected by your vault passkeys may not be recoverable.

3. The closed beta

TickerVue is in a closed beta. Access is by invitation or from our waitlist, and we may grant, limit or end beta access at our discretion. Beta software is unfinished: features may change, break or be removed, and we may need to reset data. The Service is free during the beta; if we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you can choose not to subscribe.

4. Not investment advice

TickerVue provides analytics, backtests, research tools and AI-generated information for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
  • We are not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser, and using TickerVue doesn't create a fiduciary or advisory relationship.
  • Past and simulated performance doesn't guarantee future results. Backtests are hypothetical and have built-in limitations.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important independently.
  • You're responsible for your own investment decisions. Consider speaking to a licensed professional before acting.

5. Market data

Prices, fundamentals, news and other market data in TickerVue come from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and it's provided "as is". It's for your personal use only: you may not redistribute, resell or publish it. Additional terms from data providers or exchanges may apply.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights using the Service;
  • access other people's accounts or data, or try to get around security or usage limits;
  • scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data, or use it to build a competing product;
  • reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows;
  • overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or upload malware;
  • use the Service to manipulate markets or mislead others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You own the portfolios, research, prompts and other content you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

Some features connect to services we don't control, such as Google sign-in and brokerage connections through SnapTrade. Their own terms apply, and we're not responsible for them.

10. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design and content (other than yours and third-party data), belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it; they don't transfer any ownership.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we end the beta or the Service. Sections 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TickerVue won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
